1. Website operation

The ASA Wear website is operated by the sole proprietorship ASA Wear, registered with the French Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under SIRET number 991 663 220 00010, with its registered office located at 26 rue Guillaume Pellicier, 34070 Montpellier, France.

2. Purpose

These Terms of Service define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by ASA Wear.
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

3. Products and services

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.

4. Prices

Prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included).
ASA Wear reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

5. Orders

The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
ASA Wear reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a dispute or suspected fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments are processed by credit card via the secure Shopify Payments platform.

7. Shipping

Products are printed and shipped by our partners (Printful and its European printing partners).

  • Processing time: 2 to 5 business days

  • Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days within Europe

ASA Wear cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control (carrier delays, customs, strikes, etc.).

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with applicable law, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

9. Liability

ASA Wear shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages related to the use of the website or the purchase of products, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Personal data

The information collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.

11. Intellectual property

All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, visual identity, etc.) are protected by copyright law.
Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

12. Consumer mediation

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, customers may use a consumer mediation service free of charge in the event of a dispute.
Once membership is confirmed, the competent mediator will be indicated in the legal notice and on this page.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of Montpellier, unless otherwise required by law.
