Shipping policy

Processing times

All orders are processed by our printing partners.

  • Production time: 2 to 5 business days

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times

  • Europe: 5 to 10 business days after shipment

  • International: 10 to 20 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local postal services, and peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.).

Shipping fees

Shipping costs are set at €5 for all orders under €50.
Free shipping is available for orders of €50 or more.

Order tracking

Each shipped order includes a tracking link allowing you to follow the progress of your package.

Shipping destinations

ASA Wear currently ships across Europe. International shipping may be available depending on destination.
For international orders, some destinations may not be covered by our partners. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Delays

ASA Wear is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs

  • Shipping carriers

  • Force majeure events (strikes, health crises, etc.)

In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us at contact@asa-wear.com within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
