Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal (in accordance with European law)

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To do so, you must notify us of your decision by email at contact@asa-wear.com, including your order number.

Exceptions: in accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized items (e.g. print-on-demand t-shirts or products with a unique design).

2. Defective products or production errors

If a product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you may request a replacement or a refund.
Please contact us at contact@asa-wear.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include clear photos of the affected product.

3. Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part (defective item, incorrect size sent, etc.).

4. Refunds

Once the return has been approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, but typically take 5 to 10 business days.
