ASA Wear is a sole proprietorship registered under SIRET number 991 663 220 00010, with its registered office located at 26 rue Guillaume Péllicier, 34070 Montpellier, France.

2. Products

The products offered for sale (clothing, accessories, and related items) are produced using print-on-demand through our production and shipping partners.
Visuals displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only; minor variations (size, color, design placement) may occur.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€) including all applicable taxes (VAT included).
Shipping costs are not included and are specified during checkout.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website www.asa-wear.com constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The customer receives an email confirmation once the order has been validated.

5. Payment

Payment is secure and may be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other method indicated at checkout.
Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully validated.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped directly by our production partners located in Europe.
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days (including production and standard shipping).
ASA Wear is not responsible for delays beyond its control (customs, carriers, etc.).

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, due to the customized and print-on-demand nature of the products, returns are not accepted except in cases of defective products or production errors.

In such cases, the customer must contact customer service at contact@asa-wear.com within 14 days of receiving the order.

8. Legal warranty

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions (Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code).
